You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you order several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Timon Schenkbier, Einzelunternehmen, Orleansstr. 32, 31135 Hildesheim, email: to follow) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online under “Withdraw from contract” (button at the bottom of every page of our website). If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without undue delay, containing information on the content of the notice of withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the period has expired.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising because you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fee for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of the day you notify us of the withdrawal, to Timon Schenkbier, Einzelunternehmen, Orleansstr. 32, 31135 Hildesheim. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days have expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if it results from handling that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If you want to withdraw from the contract, please complete and return this form.
(*) Delete as appropriate.
Please announce the return by email beforehand so that we can match it to your order. This is not a condition of your withdrawal.
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, for goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded, nor for goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature (section 312g(2) nos. 2 to 4 BGB).
Which exception may apply to an item is stated in its product description under “Returns and withdrawal”. For a sealed hygiene item the right of withdrawal ends when the seal is removed. For fertiliser and substrates it ends under section 312g(2) no. 4 BGB if, after delivery, the goods have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature; merely opening the packaging to inspect the goods does not exclude withdrawal but can lead to a loss in value that you must cover under the statutory rules.
The return address is stated with each item under “Returns and withdrawal” and in the shipping confirmation of the shipment. If the goods of your order come from different partner companies, the address stated there applies to each shipment; if no separate address is stated there, the address in this notice applies.
