We are the seller. A partner company ships the goods to you directly on our behalf. If items come from different partners, we split your order into several shipments, one per partner. You can see this in the cart. You receive a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number for each shipment.
We deliver within Germany only.
The delivery time depends on the delivering partner. Each item shows its expected delivery time; with several shipments it can differ per shipment. In general: 2 to 5 working days.
All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. With several shipments, we show the shipping costs per shipment before you complete the order.
All items are paid in advance by bank transfer. We will send you the bank details for the transfer as soon as they are set. Please do not transfer anything yet. Later, use the order number as the payment reference. Payment deadline: 7 days from the order.
With payment in advance the order goes to the partner only after we receive your payment; nothing ships before that.
We sell smoking accessories and vaporizers only to persons aged 18 and over. These items are shown only after you confirm your age, and you confirm your age when you order.
