These terms apply to all orders in this online shop. Your contracting party is Timon Schenkbier, Einzelunternehmen, Orleansstr. 32, 31135 Hildesheim (“we”). Contact: to follow.
We sell to consumers within the meaning of section 13 BGB and deliver within Germany only.
We are the seller. A partner company ships the goods directly to you on our behalf. The contract of sale exists only between you and us, not with the partner company.
We sell smoking accessories and vaporizers only to persons aged 18 and over. Age-restricted items are shown only after you confirm your age. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may verify your age in case of doubt and reject the order.
The product presentation is not a binding offer. By clicking “Place order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding offer. Before submitting you can review and change your details in the cart and order form.
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or have the goods shipped to you. Showing the order number after submission is not yet an acceptance.
We store the contract text; it is not freely accessible to you after the order, but you can retrieve and print these terms here at any time. The contract language is German.
All prices are final prices in euro including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. The price at the time of your order applies.
You pay for all items in advance by bank transfer. We will send you the bank details for the transfer as soon as they are set. Please do not transfer anything yet. Later, use the order number as the payment reference. Payment deadline: 7 days from the order. We pass the order to the delivering partner only after payment is received. If payment does not arrive within the deadline, we may withdraw from the contract.
A partner company ships the goods on our behalf directly to the delivery address you give. If items come from different partners, we split the order into several shipments, one per partner. You receive a separate shipping confirmation for each shipment.
The delivery time depends on the delivering partner and is shown with each item. In general: 2 to 5 working days. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for you. Any shipping costs per shipment are shown before you complete the order.
If an item is unavailable we will tell you without delay and refund any payment already made.
If the goods are delivered before payment is complete (not with payment in advance), they remain our property until paid in full.
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, exceptions and the model withdrawal form are in the right of withdrawal notice.
Statutory rights for defects apply against us (sections 434 et seq. BGB). Please report defects to to follow; we handle the processing with the delivering partner. Manufacturer guarantees apply in addition and do not affect your statutory rights.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation (one you may rely on being fulfilled) liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. Statutory rights for defects remain unaffected.
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the state in which you habitually reside remain unaffected.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
